THOMPSON, ANNE MARIE, CORBITT, born January 11, 1933, Nashville, TN died, July 20, 2009 Preceded in death by husband of 52 years, Charles H. Thompson, Jr; parents, John C. and Nellie L. Corbitt, Sr.; brothers, John C. Corbitt, Jr., George Anthony Corbitt; sisters, Jeannette C. Rhea, Helen C. Castleman. Survived by children, Jeannette (John) Capshaw, Charles H. Thompson, III, John Michael (Melanie) Thompson, William Kevin (Marsha) Thompson, Laura (Henry) Boone; brother, William W. (Dot) Corbitt; fifteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Wednesday, July 22, 2009, 3-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Church Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10 a.m. with Father Mark Hunt officiating. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Lasting memorials may be made to Caris Healthcare. MADISON FUNERAL HOME, (615)868-9020.
