PHILLIPS, Gloria Faye, age 55, died May 7, 2012. Preceded in death by parents, Carroll Mack and Jewell Maxine Henley Polk. Survived by daughter, Brandi Downs; son, Jeffrey Phillips; brother, Jerry (Colleen) Polk; granddaughter, Kailee. Visitation with the family will be at Madison Funeral Home Tuesday 2-8 p.m. Funeral services Wednesday in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home at 11 am with Bro. Keith Parker officiating.
