Obituary of Sara Stubbs

She is preceded in death by her husband of 73 years, Loren, who knew her only as Sara, and survived by four children, Larry (Sharon), Kay Cary, Alan (Benita), and Marcia Davenport (Dwain), who knew her as Mama, nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and sixteen great-great-grandchildren all knowing her as Nanny. She loved her heavenly father, her church, and her family. If you never enjoyed one of her meals, you really missed out. She lived a long and joyful life and will be missed by all.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home, 219 E. Old Hickory Blvd., Madison, TN 37115.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until Service Time. Interment to follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
