Survived by wife, Ellen Kemper; sons, Tommy (Marilyn) Kemper, Sr. and Darryl (Patti) Kemper; daughters, Darlene (David) Garvey and Velma (Rusty) Edwards; brother, Donald (Sandy) Kemper; sisters, Marjorie Harmon and Marion Horn (Jim); grandchildren, Cameillia Hudson, Brigitte Byron, Michael Edwards, Jr., Tommy Edward Kemper, Jr., and John Robert Deardorff; 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
