I worked with Norman at Home depot in Nashville. When he started it was as though he had been there for years before I got hired on at Home depot (even though the reverse is true). Me and him would talk in the breakroom about each other's family, where we are from and even the past people in our lives that had a great influence in it. I enjoyed every moment of our talks.
