Age 96, of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away August 30, 2020. He is preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Jean Teasley Dowlen; parents, Joe and Mary Etta Dowlen; 8 siblings and granddaughter, Denise Green.
He is survived by his sons, Reginald Dowlen, Jr. (Judy) and Donny Dowlen (Susan); daughter, Linda (Dennis) Green; 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at Madison Funeral Home. Service will be Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 11:00 AM with 1 hour visitation prior to the service. Family to officiate and serve as pallbearers. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery, Springfield, TN.
