Erna Watson Smith of Madison, TN was born May 20, 1921 and died December 28,2019 at the age of 98. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Oliver N. Smith and parents, James "Ed" and Bessie Campbell. She is survived by sons, Joel (Charlene) Smith of Madison, Jim (Jackie) Smith of Huntsville, AL;two grandchildren, Alan (Sylvia) Smith,Jr. of Madison, Jessica (John) Cummings of Huntsville, AL;five great grandchildren, Xander Fox- Smith, Anna Cummings, Allison Cummings,Joshua Cummings and Emily Hall. She was a homemaker and life-long member of First Assembly of God, Madison,TN. Family and friends will receive visitors at Madison Funeral Home. Friday night, January 3,2020 from 6 till 8 p.m.,and Saturday, January 4,2020 from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will be at 1 p.m. at Madison Funeral Home.
