Obituary of Norma Sue Dowell-Mullican White

Norma Sue Dowell-Mullican White, Madison, TN passed away on April 28, 2019, age 79. Preceded in death by her father, Norman Dowell; mother, Sue Dowell; first husband, Joe Thomas Mullican, Sr.; second husband, George White; brothers, Carl Dean Dowell and James Dowell. She is survived by her children, Joe Thomas Mullican, Jr., Debbie Shields and Steve Mullican; grandchildren, Jenny (Alaa) Zuaiter, John (Leeann) Mullican Cavazos, Jaymz Shields, Casey (Catherine) Mullican, Kristi Mullican, Brandon Wood, Ashley Wood, Cameron Wood, Jesse Wood and Harley Mullican; great-grandchildren, Laila Zuaiter, Anthony, Ryder, and Christian Cavazos; Sister, Shirley Dowell; brothers, Bill (Carla) Dowell and Thomas Dowell; sister-in-law, Norma Jean Dowell and many nieces and nephews.

Norma graduated from North Nashville High School in 1957 and spent 34 years in the Dallas, Texas area. Since returning to Nashville in 2002, she has attended Madison Church of Christ, where she worked with the Little Angels class.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 10:00 AM with visitation on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 2 PM – 8 PM.
