Well Tommy was a kind and generous friend. We first wereu in art together and later in sports (many stories there). Tommy was so talented, most of us were always playing catch up to him. Like most artist he doubted that talent and was always impressed with others work. That helped him seek more creative solutions to his art, I feel. After Vietnam he couldn't regain his confidence in his art and pursued hard work, he was never afraid of work. We continued to touch base over the years and would connect in different towns at times. I was always trying to get him back to art, but he felt he lacked something, he just couldn't take the leap back. He loved his family. He was so happy his little sister Keely made that leap to artist he was so proud of her. I have many great stories and memories of Tommy which helps ease this loss of him. Rest in peace friend.
