Preceded in death by parents, Henry and Emmie (Worley) Jarrett; sister, Betty Lucille Figgins; and husbands, Bobby Gene Mooneyhan and Thaxton T. Hale, Jr.
Survived by sons, James Adrian Mooneyhan, Portland, TN; Richard Charles Mooneyhan (aka Richard Jeffrey Laude), Nashville, TN; and daughter, Martha Jean Mooneyhan (aka Ashley Marie Michaels), Brookline, MA; step-daughters, Donna Kay Rohrman, Louisville, KY; Sherry Ann Buckley, Nashville, TN, and step-son, Billy Dean Hale, Madison, TN; sisters, Alice Marie Jarrett and Elizabeth Faye Jarrett; niece, Betty Lou Figgins-Hill; nephew Robert Figgins.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home from 11am until service time at 2pm with Pastor Danny Everette officiating. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. madisonfuneralhome.net (615)868-9020.
