Bettye Gayle Martin of Nashville, TN passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at the age of 73.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marshall Lee Carter and Ruby Lee Murphy; daughter, Crystal Gayle Duncan; son, Leslie David Duke; brothers, Marshall (Buddy) Lee Carter, JD Carter and Jackie Earle Carter; sisters, Jo Anne Heath and Sharon Gillihan
She is survived by her loving husband Tracy Thomas Martin; children; Judy Faye Norwood, Johnny Lee Duke, Billie Jo Hardison and Bobbie Jo Sheffer; brothers; Phillip Ray Carter and James Carter; sisters; Judy Hodges, Robin Claudette Harper, Marilyn Bellamy and Gloria Jean Stone, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 11:00 am until service time at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Madison Funeral home with Bro. Jim Reynolds, officiating.
