Justin Ainsley Velez of Madison, TN passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the age of 35. Preceded in death by his father, Jose Angel Velez.
Justin is survived by his Mom and Dad, Etta Joanne Fullerton Velez and George Stevens; two sisters, Dawn (Jody) Stevens and Tabitha (Jason) Stevens; grandmother, Marie Stevens.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home from 10am until service time at 2pm with Pastor Harry Yates officiating.
Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Madison Funeral Home (615)868-8929.
