Gloria Mae Blowers of Old Hickory, TN went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, November 02, 2017, age 80.
Mrs. Blowers is survived by her loving husband, LCDR Eugene "Gene" Blowers, USCG, Ret.; son, David (Kelly) Blowers; daughters, Linda (Buz) Harrison, Robin (Tom) Baker and Judy (Dene) Diehl; brother, Fredrick Chesley (Joyce) Ricketts, Jr.; sisters, Ruby Fretz, Delores (Victor) Buffey and Sharon (Sam) Morse; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren and many other loving family members.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 11:30am in Heritage Chapel at Nashville First Church of the Nazarene with Dr. Kevin Ulmet officiating. Visitation begins at 10am until service time.
Interment will follow at 2pm Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
