Timothy Douglas Vaughn of Nashville, TN passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, he was 57.
Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, a sister and his grandparents.
He is survived by his three children, two sisters, a brother and two grandchildren.
