George Raymond Stevens of Nashville, TN passed away on Friday, June 2nd 2017, age 81.
Survived by his wife, Marie Brooks Stevens, sons, George (JoAnn) Stevens, Jr., Donald (Tammy) Stevens and a daughter, Debra S. (Henry) Swader, 6 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, June 5, 2017 from 4pm to 8pm in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home, (615) 868-9020.
At the conclusion of visitation, Mr. Stevens will be transported to Bevil Bros. Funeral Home, 226 Louisville Rd, Beaver Dam, KY with visitation on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 12 noon with funeral service to begin at 2pm in the Chapel of Bevil Bros. Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunny Side Cemetery, Beaver Dam, KY. MADISON FUNERAL HOME (615) 868-9020
